Information We Collect
We collect only what is needed to fulfill an order: the name, shipping address, and email you provide at checkout, and the order details themselves. We do not collect or store payment card data, because checkout is crypto only.
Basic, aggregated analytics may be collected to understand site performance. These do not identify you individually.
How We Use It
Your information is used to process and ship your order, send order and tracking confirmations, respond to support requests, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments
Crypto payments are settled on public blockchains. We see the transaction associated with your order, but no card numbers, bank details, or sensitive financial credentials are ever transmitted to or stored by us.
Sharing
We share information only with the providers needed to deliver your order, such as shipping carriers, and only to the extent required. We may disclose information where legally compelled to do so.
Data Retention
Order records are retained as long as needed to fulfill the order and satisfy legal and accounting requirements, then deleted or anonymized.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us through our contact form. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.
