Are your peptides third-party tested?+
Yes. Every batch is verified by an independent lab using HPLC for purity and mass spectrometry for identity. A Certificate of Analysis is available on each product page.
What purity should I expect?+
Listed compounds carry a published purity floor above 99%. The exact figure for the batch you receive is recorded on its COA along with the batch number and a verification key.
What is reference-grade?+
It means the material has confirmed identity and quantified purity recorded per batch, supplied strictly for laboratory research and not as a medicine or supplement.
Why is bacteriostatic water sold separately?+
Reconstitution solvent depends on your protocol and volume, so we stock 10ml bacteriostatic water as a separate item you can add when you need it.
How long does delivery take?+
Orders ship from our US warehouse and arrive in 5 to 7 days - domestic, with no customs wait. Each product page shows the expected delivery date if you order today. Express (2-3 days) is available as an upgrade at checkout.
Is shipping really free?+
Yes. Standard US shipping is free on every order, no minimum. Express delivery is an optional paid upgrade (free once your order passes $200) you can select at checkout.
Is packaging discreet?+
Yes. Orders ship in plain, insulated packaging with no product detail on the outside, dispatched within 24-48 hours of payment clearing.
How do I track my order?+
Once your payment confirms on-chain you receive a confirmation email with tracking. You can also check status from the Track Order page.
Are your prices really the lowest?+
Yes - we price to be the best value online, then stack a 10% crypto discount and up to 20% off in bulk on top. Compare any compound against another reputable source and check for yourself.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Crypto only - Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDC. Paying with crypto also takes an extra 10% off your order automatically.
How do bulk discounts work?+
Buy more, save more. Discounts scale up to 20% off based on quantity and are applied automatically in the cart and at checkout, on top of the crypto discount.
Do you store card details?+
No card data ever touches our systems. Crypto checkout means there is nothing sensitive to store.
Who can order?+
Qualified researchers aged 21 or older, purchasing strictly for laboratory research use. An age and research-use confirmation is required before entering the store.
Can you advise on dosing or protocols?+
No. We supply materials for research only and cannot provide dosing, protocols, or guidance for use in or on any living subject.
What is your return policy?+
